FAST

The FAST update performed on 8th October 2010 involved updating security certificates to a higher level of protection.  The new security certificates require TLS 1.0 to be enabled in the web-browser.  To check and enable this setting in your browser please follow the instructions below.

For Internet Explorer

1. Open the browser
2. Select "Tools" and "Internet Options"
3. Select the "Advanced" tab
4. Select "TLS 1.0"
5. Click "Apply"
6. Click "OK"
7. Open the website www.ferriscan.com or www.resonancehealth.com
8. Proceed as per usual.

For Firefox

1. Open the browser
2. Select "Tools" and "Options"
3. Select the "Advanced" tab
4. Select "TLS 1.0"
5. Click "OK"
6. Open the website www.ferriscan.com or www.resonancehealth.com
7. Proceed as per usual.
