This event, "A Canadian Conference on Health and Thalassemia" is proudly presented by the Thalassemia Foundation of Canada and CanHaem. It is targeted toward healthcare professionals and also patients and families with an interest in Thalassemia.
The conference is centred around current management of Thalassemia, new and emerging therapies, and practical workshops and will be attended by both Canadian and international experts.
