Mr Nick Allan

Mr Nick Allan has over 25 years experience in commerce, corporate finance, accounting, information technology, corporate advisory and public practice.
After obtaining a Bachelor of Commerece from the University of Western Australia, Mr Allan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK with Coopers & Lybrand, and later worked with JP Morgan in their European M&A Division.
After returning to Australia, Mr Allan worked at Deloitte and Ernst & Young in their corporate finance departments, and also with Patersons Securities.
Since 2007, Mr Allan has provided corporate advisory, general management and IT consulting services to a wide variety of companies. He has been Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of ASX-listed public companies.
